Cancellation
Cancellations must be received by CMGA by 20th August 2003. CMGA will refund the registration fee paid less the annual membership fee and a $50 administration fee. Retention of the membership fee will grant the person registered membership of CMGA for 2003/2004.
Official registration substitution will be accepted until 29th August 2003. During the conference the wearing of name badges is mandatory as proof of registration.
